In a manufacturing process, all the parts were produced on either one of two machines; Machine A or Machine B. It is known that 30% of the parts were produced on Machine A.  It has been found that 2% of parts produced on Machine A, are defective while if the part was produced on Machine B, the probability that it was defective is 1%.
