1. Affective Commitment - scores range from 4 (low in affective commitment) - 20 (high in affective commitment). A score above 15 is considered high. 2. Continuance Commitment - scores range from 4 (low in continuance commitment) - 20 (high in continuance commitment). A score above 15 is considered high. 3. Normative Commitment - scores range from 4 (low in normative commitment) - 20 (high in normative commitment). A score above 15 is considered high.
