I.              If you withdraw $20,000 for a down payment on your first home, your minimum repayment would be $1,333.33 into your Registered Retirement Savings Plan (RRSP) under the HBP.

II.             For withdrawals after March 19, 2019, you can withdraw up to $35,000 (or $70,000 as a couple) from your RRSP's under the HBP.

III.           You are a first-time home buyer or have not owned a property within the last four years.

IV.           You have up to 5 years to repay the full amount back to your RRSP under the HBP.
