Dear Sir/Ma'am:

 

Good day! I am Mr. ____, the receiving staff of  Paracel Laboratories. I am contacting you with regards to the equipments our company ordered (shipment number 00761) last week. Please be informed that it was already in our loading dock today.

 

As we are inspecting said packages, we took note of some concern which I want to draw your attention to:

 

  1. Based on the specifications we have agreed upon, the dimension of the water testing equipments are supposed to be 40x10". However, the ones delivered are just 60x20" which is too big to fit in the workstation space
  2. Moreover, some of the glasswares are damaged and are beyond use.

These equipments are supposed to be used for our milestone program for a famous residential company. The launching of said program is five days from now. Hence, we cannot pursue if we have these kinds of non usable eqipments and supplies.

 

In this light, we request for compensation of the whole contract since we need all of these equipments to make pursue with our deal with the residential company.
