The Verb Ir

The verb ir is irregular in almost all forms and tenses.

ir = to go
gerund form = yendo
past participle = ido

Present tense

yo voy	nosotros or nosotras vamos
tú vas	vosotros or vosotras vais
él va	ellos van
ella va	ellas van
usted va	ustedes van

Preterit tense

yo fui	nosotros/nosotras fuimos
tú fuiste	vosotros/vosotras fuisteis
él fue	ellos fueron
ella fue	ellas fueron
usted fue	ustedes fueron

Imperfect tense

yo iba	nosotros/nosotras íbamos
tú ibas	vosotros/vosotras ibais
él iba	ellos iban
