How do I go about rounding off a number?

To round off any number,

  1. Underline the value of the digit to which you are rounding off.
  2. Look one place to the right of the underlined digit.
  3. If this digit is a 5 or higher, increase the underlined value by 1 and change all the numbers to the right of this value to zeroes. If the digit is less than 5, leave the underlined digit as it is and change all the digits to its right to zero.
