Subscription Questions

How do I purchase a product?

Click the Subscribe button on the previous page. From there you will be able to purchase any of the available CliffsNotes TestSuccess products.

Can I extend my subscription if I want more time to use the product?

In order to extend your subscription, you will need to repurchase the product. Please log-in to CliffsNotes TestSuccess (www.cliffsnotestestsuccess.com) and repurchase the product.

I have a payment issue. Whom should I contact?

I have purchased the product and am having trouble logging in.

Make sure to use the e-mail address that you provided when you first registered for the product as your username. You can find this information in your confirmation e-mail.

Technical Questions

I forgot my password.

Go to the log-in box and choose the Forgot Username link. You will be asked to supply your e-mail address and will be sent a temporary password. After you receive your temporary password, you will have the opportunity to change your password and log into the product.

I changed my e-mail address after I registered for the product.

Once you have logged into your product, you can change your e-mail address by accessing your My Profile in the left navigation.

What kinds of e-mail notifications do you send?

After you have purchased a product, you will receive an e-mail notifying you of your purchase, log-in information, and a link to your product. You will also be sent a reminder notification 14 days prior to your subscription ending.

Content Questions

How can I pinpoint my areas of strengths and weakness so I can focus my study?

When you first log in to your product you are provided with a Diagnostic Test. The diagnostic test contains a range of multiple choice questions that cover all the major study areas found on the AP and SAT exams.

After you take the diagnostic test, you will immediately see your results. These results will show you your total score, your score for each of the subject areas, as well as a question breakdown by subject.

This breakdown helps you pinpoint the exact subjects that you need to review and practice.

Can I just test myself on specific topics?

After you have your diagnostic test results, you can tackle practice questions in targeted areas.

You have the option to filter the practice problems based on your individual study needs — this allows you to focus only on the areas where you need the most help.

The Practice Questions Screen shows you all of the available options to customize your practice. You can select practice problems randomly, by subject, or by keyword.

You are also given access to a detailed answer for every practice question. This will help you learn as you go so you can master key concepts and questions before you continue.

Can I practice taking a real exam?

CliffsNotes TestSuccess provides you with four full-length practice tests that simulate the actual AP and SAT exams.

Each of the four full-length practice tests is:

• Timed
• Simuated like the actual test
• Modeled with example answers to free response questions to help you self-grade your own score
• Printable if you prefer to answer the quesitons on paper

After you submit your responses, you will receive detailed results with helpful statistics and charts of your progress.
