1. Choose from among your classmates students who are willing to assume the roles of participants in a dialogue like the dialogue pursued in the Republic. You and your fellows may choose to role-play in a variety of roles. You have already encountered sophists, logicians, ignorant and stupid people on your own campus. Prepare carefully and engage a Socratic dialogue for your class.
2. Engage in a Socratic dialogue about some absurd activity that is taking place on your campus or in your community. Invite some fellow students to adopt the roles of a timocratic, or democratic, or sophistic, or despotic, etc., person to engage the absurd topic. Or choose a serious topic and engage it.
